When do we assign the partner to a Dedicated Services
If the partner needs to deliver critical expertise missions on an on-going project due to lack of resources/ system experience/ re-assurance to customer.
Objectives
- Help the partner deliver quality services on their project(s)
- Work with the partner on a concrete case to teach them the Odoo Implementation methodology and the product (functional knowledge & ability to explore)

Q&A Packs
When do we assign the partner to a Q&A Services

If the partner needs occasional help on functional or technical questions.

Objectives based rather than ongoing implementation assistance.

Similar to Dedicated services in terms of assistance, but rather assigned to different consultants and done through ticketing process.

Developer on Demand
When do we assign DoD Services
If the partner needs help on technical developments.
Partner has no technical background and would like to do a development.
Objectives
- Outsource technical developers from Odoo Team.
- Client then has full ownership of the code (can sell on Odoo App store/ use for multiple clients).
- A project manager will be assigned to provide a polished experience between the partner and the technical team. I.e. functional specification, dev testing & deliverability.
