Current project assignation time (after description is done):
- 3-4 Business Days for Standard/Easy/Rapid Implementations
- 12-15 Business Days for Custom/Complex Implementations (typically 175+ hours)
What can you do to ensure your project is assigned in timely manner:
1. All company information are filled correctly.
2. Workflows are elaborative and clearly explained as well as SOW attached.
3. SOW and Estimations were shared with the client.
